These Terms & Conditions apply to the Standard Window Cleaning and Home Services website, online estimate booking, and optional SMS appointment-update program.
Online Estimates and Scheduling
Submitting an estimate request or selecting an available appointment time does not guarantee that every requested service can be performed at that time. We may contact you if we need additional information, need to adjust scheduling, or determine that an on-site review is required before work is performed.
SMS Appointment Updates
Customers may optionally opt in to receive text messages from Standard Window Cleaning and Home Services about an estimate, appointment, or scheduled service. These messages may include estimate appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, arrival or service updates, and other directly related customer-service communications.
Message frequency varies, typically 1-5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services or booking an estimate.
To stop SMS messages, reply STOP. After an opt-out request is processed, no further SMS messages will be sent to that number unless you later provide new consent where permitted. For help, reply HELP or contact Standard Window Cleaning and Home Services through the contact information on our website.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device availability.
