My name is Victor Rodriguez. I grew up in upstate New York and have always been drawn to work that matters. For ten years, I served as a firefighter, an experience that taught me the true meaning of responsibility, teamwork, and courage. It shaped who I am and gave me deep respect for people and the communities they live in.
After the fire service, I built my own window and exterior cleaning business from the ground up. Through hard work, honesty, and a focus on service, it grew into a stable operation with employees and loyal clients. I also ran a nonprofit focused on environmental education and have a strong interest in science, technology, and sustainability.
Beyond my work, I am a husband and father to four amazing children. They are my greatest motivation. I want to give them a life filled with stability, safety, opportunity, and connection to nature and community. That is what draws me to Sweden. I believe it is a place where families can truly thrive, where values like equality, balance, and well-being are part of everyday life.
Now I’m ready to begin a new chapter in Sweden with my family by my side. I study Swedish every day and look forward to becoming part of both the workforce and the community.
